Dish pit attendant — Plymouth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
