Fry cook wanted in Bedford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Bedford County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
