Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Ijebu North East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Ijebu North East, Ogun State. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
