Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Jefferson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters.
