Great opportunity: we are hiring a panel beater in Queens County, New York. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding On the job you will handle: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
