Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Dickey County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
