We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Golden Valley County, Montana. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
