Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Wyandotte County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Part-time with flexible hours.
