Natural gas fitter — Jackson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Jackson County, Michigan. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. On a typical shift you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser. Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
