Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Hubbard County, Minnesota. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
