Vacancy available: ladle pourer (Arkansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Madison County, Arkansas. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring. Requirements: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
