We are recruiting: kitchen porter (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Lincoln County, North Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer $17 per hour plus benefits.
