Stainless steel welder wanted in Monona County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Monona County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
