Join our team: kitchen steward (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Dallas County, Missouri. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
