Great opportunity: machine operator (earthworks) (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Dare County, North Carolina. You will work on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Full-time with occasional weekends.
