Finishing presser • Luna County, New Mexico

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Luna County, New Mexico. You will work in a garment export house. On the job you will handle: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron What we are looking for: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
