Immediate opening: we are hiring a HSE officer in Taylor County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements The role involves: • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Six days a week, one day off.
