Smash repairer — Boone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a smash repairer in Boone County, Missouri. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
