Powder coater wanted in Ripley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Ripley County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
