Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Jim Hogg County, Texas. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 3+ years on the tools preferred.
