Great opportunity: bread baker (West Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Cabell County, West Virginia. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
