Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Lafayette County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
