Concrete placer • Afijio, Oyo State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete placer in Afijio, Oyo State. You will be based on a building construction site. Your main tasks: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Part-time with flexible hours.
