Fabricator-welder — Sanga

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sanga, Kaduna State. You will work on a structural steel site. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Day-to-day duties: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
