Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Warren County, Tennessee. The role involves marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
