Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Wabasha County, Minnesota. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
