Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Blaine County, Oklahoma. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Day-to-day duties: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
