Immediate opening: scaffolding charge hand (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Rhea County, Tennessee. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Able to read basic scaffold drawings On the job you will handle: • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
