The role involves: • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
