Vacancy available: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Requirements: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching On a typical shift you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
