Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
