Production welder • Sheridan County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Sheridan County, Kansas. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Rotating shifts.
