Join our team: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Caerphilly County Borough, Wales. The role involves: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
