Tyre and wheel fitter wanted in County of Ceredigion

Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in County of Ceredigion, Wales. Ideal candidate: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Day-to-day duties: • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. £120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
