Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Full-time with occasional weekends.
