Now hiring: we are hiring a horticulturist in Jackson County, West Virginia. You will work on a golf course. Requirements: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules The role involves repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed.
