We are recruiting: trowel-trade bricklayer (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Clark County, South Dakota. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. What we are looking for: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day The role involves: • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
