Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Owsley County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
