Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Crow Wing County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; read lift plans and method statements before starting; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Six days a week, one day off.
