Kitchenhand — Oruk Anam

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Oruk Anam, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
