Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
