Great opportunity: power press operator (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring a power press operator in Kemper County, Mississippi. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; record output and downtime on the production sheet; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards We offer $4,500 per project plus benefits.
