Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
