Drainage plumber wanted in New York County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a drainage plumber in New York County, New York. The job is on residential construction sites. The role involves: • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings Ideal candidate: • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
