Wood machinist — Floyd County

Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Floyd County, Indiana. Day to day you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits.
