Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiler in Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Day to day you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
