Catering cook — Enugu North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Enugu North, Enugu State. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
