Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Grayson County, Virginia. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Willing to travel between sites • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
