Glass fitter — Baltimore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a glass fitter in Baltimore County, Maryland. You will be based in a shopfront glazing company. The role involves apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; install toughened and laminated safety glass; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Able to cut glass accurately to size Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
