Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wheeler County, Texas. The job is at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
